Position: Construction Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Company Overview
My4Walls Construction is a growing construction and project management company delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and institutional projects. We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and supervise building construction projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on site.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Review and approve site reports, progress reports, and daily construction records.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams to maintain productivity and discipline.
• Resolve technical and operational issues arising during project execution.
• Ensure cost control and efficient use of resources to maintain project budgets.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings with stakeholders and provide updates to senior management.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in building construction, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager or senior site management role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale building projects such as residential complexes, commercial buildings, or institutional facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, and project coordination.
• Familiarity with project planning tools and construction management software.
• Experience in Gulf region projects, particularly Saudi Arabia, will be an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
