Key Responsibilities

Manage local procurement of materials, equipment, and services

Request quotations, compare prices, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries

Coordinate with suppliers and relevant authorities to ensure approvals and timely delivery

Conduct supply chain risk assessments and implement corrective actions when necessary

Prepare procurement documentation, reports, and maintain accurate procurement records

Support project execution, commissioning, and handover from the procurement perspective

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in industrial, construction, or engineering projects

The most recent position must be in procurement within Saudi Arabia

At least 2 years of local procurement experience in Saudi Arabia (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of procurement processes, local regulations, and the local supplier market

Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic

Strong negotiation skills, supplier management ability, and problem-solving skills
