Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for corporate uniforms and promotional gift solutions across government and private sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, key decision-makers, and institutional clients.
Actively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of new business to meet monthly and annual targets.
Monitor and respond to government and private tenders, preparing competitive technical and commercial proposals.
Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and maintain client satisfaction.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the uniform or corporate gifting industry.
Strong client network in ministries, healthcare, education, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
Documented success in consistently achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Experience with high-value negotiations and government tender submissions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Saudi driving license is a plus.
Must be based in or able to relocate to Riyadh.
