KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform receiving inspection for mechanical rotating materials and verify vendor documentation.
Review construction drawings, vendor reports, and technical documents prior to inspection.
Coordinate with Contractor Material Team, PMT, and PID for material receiving inspections.
Support Korean QA/QC Manager, Engineers, and Supervisors in all QA/QC activities.
Supervise and monitor material inspection activities as per project requirements.
Conduct witness inspections and tests in line with the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).
Ensure compliance with technical requirements, project specifications, and local regulations.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of international codes and standards including: ASTM, API, IEC, NEMA, UL, FM, NFPA, ASME BPVC (I, V, VIII, IX), ANSI/ASME B31.3/4/8, B73, NACE SPs, API 620, API 650, AWS D1.1.
Apply thorough understanding of ISO 9001:2015 QMS, engineering drawings, material specifications, and QC procedures.
Independently perform document reviews, inspections, and testing to verify contractor compliance.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Academic Qualification
High School / Diploma / Degree in a relevant field.
Fully conversant with industry standards, specifications, and inspection methodologies.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
Minimum 3 years as Material Receiving Inspector – Mechanical on Saudi Aramco EPC project sites.
Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
