The ELV / BMS Technician is responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV), Building Management System (BMS), and electrical fixture systems. The technician should be proficient in low current systems and capable of handling electrical fixtures, ensuring all installations are carried out according to project specifications, safety standards, and approved drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, terminate, test, and maintain ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address, IPTV, Master Clock, and other low current systems.
Install and assist in commissioning of BMS field devices such as sensors, controllers, actuators, valves, and FCU connections.
Perform wiring, installation, and maintenance of electrical fixtures such as switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and related components.
Read and interpret ELV, BMS, and electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts.
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and fault rectification.
Ensure proper labeling, termination, and documentation of cables, panels, and field devices.
Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to ensure work is completed as per project requirements and timelines.
Follow company safety procedures and site regulations during all installation and maintenance activities.
The company will offer Accomodation and Transportation, Iqama transfer will only be processed based on performance.
Salary Range: 2500 SAR
Iqama should be valid and also should be transferrable.
