Urgent Hiring! HSE Lead (Housing & Villa Construction)

We are seeking an experienced HSE Lead to oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental activities across our construction project. The ideal candidate is a proactive safety professional who can drive compliance, lead contractor engagement, and foster a strong safety culture on site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE, Environmental Science, or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC required; higher OSH qualifications preferred.
• 8–12 years of HSE experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to influence contractors and site teams.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination abilities.
• Must be able to join immediately
• Must be available in Riyadh for a face-to-face interview
• Must be willing to work without Iqama Transfer (Rental Basis)
