Urgent Hiring! Filipino Safety Manager (Housing & Villa Construction)

We are looking for an experienced Filipino Safety Manager to lead Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental functions across our project operations. This role is critical in driving a strong safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing HSSE performance across multiple contractors and work fronts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, HSE, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Diploma, OSHA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10–15 years of HSSE Managerial experience in construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and security management principles.
• Proven leadership experience managing HSSE teams and contractors.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Must be able to join immediately
• Must be available in Riyadh for a face-to-face interview
• Must be willing to work without Iqama Transfer (Rental Basis)
• We prefer Filipino National only

Salary Package: SAR 12,000 - 15,000 (including Food, Housing, Transportation)
