Key Responsibilities:
• Install, inspect, and maintain equipment or systems at client sites
• Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers
• Prepare service reports and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical field)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Willingness to travel for service assignments
