We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented QMS / ISO/IEC 17025 Engineer for our Instrument Calibration Laboratory.
The candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving the laboratory quality management system in line with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements, supporting technical compliance, documentation control, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement of calibration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation of Quality Management System as per standard requirements of ISO/IEC 17025 .
• Expertise in developing, implementing & maintaining QMS as per ISO/IEC 17025 / NABL, ISO 9001, BIS & other relevant standard specifications
• Providing technical training on Calibration of Instrument for Mechanical Measurement (including Dimensional, Pressure, Mass & Volume, Force, Torque etc) and Thermal Measurement and Estimation of Measurement of Uncertainty in the field of Calibration and Testing.
• Also providing basic awareness training for process improvement & Implementation of Lean and Six sigma methodology.
• Analyze market trends and discover new opportunities for growth. Guide team for development of new calibration facility development.
• Assuring the closure of NCs / Observation observed during SAC /ISO/ Customer and other audits;
• periodic Review of team for set objectives & deliverables.
• Uphold company standards of excellence and service, quality performance and Assuring quality of deliverable and service.
• Supervising the Quality Management System to achieve the Company Policy, Objective, Goal and Commitments also performing audit & compliance
