Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates, as well as conducting onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Serving as the point of contact for employee questions, resolving disputes, mediating between staff and management, and implementing engagement initiatives.
Benefits and Compensation Administration: Managing benefits enrollment, payroll processing, and compensation adjustments.
HR Compliance and Policy: Ensuring all company actions comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Maintaining employee records, updating handbooks, and handling disciplinary actions.
Training and Performance Management: Identifying training needs, facilitating professional development, and assisting with performance evaluation processes.
