Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound sales inquiries, RFQs, and customer requests
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Provide technical clarification and product recommendations
Coordinate with suppliers / principals for pricing & availability
Build relationships with existing and potential clients
Maintain accurate CRM / sales records
Support the external sales team when required
Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts
Requirements
Background in engineering or technical field (mechanical / electrical / instrumentation preferred)
Experience in inside sales, technical sales, or customer support
Ability to understand technical datasheets and specifications
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Commercial awareness and customer-centric mindset
Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualities
Experience with industrial products / oil & gas / MRO / technical supplies
Ability to handle multiple quotations and deadlines
Comfortable interacting with both customers and suppliers
