A reputed contracting company based in Bahrain is seeking an experienced and technically skilled professional to join our team.
Position: Structural Strengthening Senior Technician
Location: Bahrain
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess structural conditions of existing buildings and identify strengthening requirements.
• Execute and supervise structural repair and strengthening works including:
• Concrete repair and crack injection
• Carbon fiber wrapping (CFRP systems)
• Structural jacketing and strengthening
• Grouting and anchoring systems
• Work with specialized construction chemicals and strengthening systems from leading brands such as Sika and similar manufacturers.
• Coordinate with consultants, site engineers, and project teams during refurbishment works.
• Ensure proper application procedures, quality control, and safety standards at site.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural repair, strengthening, and building refurbishment projects.
• Hands-on experience with concrete repair systems, epoxy injections, CFRP strengthening, and structural retrofitting techniques.
• Familiarity with products and application methods of specialized repair materials (e.g., Sika or equivalent).
• Ability to read structural drawings and method statements.
• Experience in Middle East projects will be an advantage.
