We are looking for an experienced Filling & Blending Operator to manage filling line operations and support blending activities in a lubricants/chemical production environment. The candidate must ensure safe, efficient, and quality-driven operations in compliance with company and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor filling machines (drum, pail, bottle, IBC lines)
Perform machine setup, pre-start checks, and end-of-shift inspections
Ensure product quality standards (batch coding, sealing, appearance)
Handle loading of packaging materials (containers, caps, labels, cartons)
Coordinate with warehouse and forklift operators for material movement
Maintain proper product identification and batch segregation
Report any leaks, contamination, or non-conformities immediately
Assist in basic blending operations and raw material handling
Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of equipment
Record daily production data, downtime, and material usage
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and emergency procedures
Follow ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in filling/blending operations (lubricants/chemical industry preferred)
Basic knowledge of blending processes and raw materials
Familiarity with filling machines and packaging lines
Understanding of HSE standards and safe work practices
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
Preferred:
Experience in oil & lubricants or chemical plants
Forklift operation knowledge (added advantage)
Technical certification / vocational training
