• Inspect HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems on site.
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants during project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare inspection reports.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of construction project experience.
• Experience in multi-storey residential building projects.
• Experience working with consultancy or construction companies.
• Middle East project experience is mandatory.
