Construction Site Supervisor (Marble Fixing Works)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor (Marble Fixing Works) to oversee site activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing construction site operations, particularly in marble fixing works.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities
• Manage workers and subcontractors efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management
• Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain discipline and productivity at the worksite

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction site experience
• Experience in marble fixing works will be an added advantage
• Bahrain Valid Visa
• Valid Bahrain Driving License

• Duty Time: 10–12 hours per day
