Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
Maintain files, documents, and office records
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings
Provide administrative and personal support to management
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant preferred
Professional attitude and confidentiality
