Ensure compliance with local codes, drive full-lifecycle delivery, and resolve complex technical issues.
Key Requirements
1- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in architectural/structural/MEP/interior/smart systems; proven solutions for high-temperature concreting, MEP sand protection, curtain wall wind/UV resistance.
2-Codes & Standards: Deep knowledge of SASO, NFPA (Saudi), LEED (Middle East); ability to integrate international and local requirements.
3-Project Track Record: Full-cycle luxury hotel delivery (groundbreaking to turnover); experience with super-tall, complex MEP, high-end interiors; 5-star hotel portfolio in KSA (Riyadh/Jeddah).
4-Problem-Solving: Track record mitigating structural/MEP risks, resolving cross-discipline conflicts; experience with Ramadan construction, heritage site constraints.
5-Certification & Compliance: Active SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) registration; familiarity with KSA construction permits, inspections (fire, environmental, heritage).
6-Experience: 15+ years in luxury hospitality construction; English fluent; Arabic a strong plus.
