About the Role
We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with prospective clients over the phone. This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in cold calling or customer outreach and can work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided data
Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into paying customers
Clearly explain products/services and address client questions
Follow up with leads via calls, messages, or emails
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer engagement
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
Accurately record call details and update CRM or tracking sheets
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Handle objections confidently and effectively
Coordinate with the team to improve sales strategies
Maintain call quality and adhere to company guidelines/scripts
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Previous cold‑calling (preferred)
