Qualifications and Experience:
‒ High School degree or Diploma.
‒ 2-4 years’ experience in relevant role.
The position is responsible for overseeing the technical operations, managing the technician team, and
ensuring the delivery of high-quality car care, tyre, and lubricant services. This role combines technical
expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive operational excellence, maintain customer
satisfaction, and meet performance targets.
