I. Core Job Responsibilities

- Be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of local and overseas dispatched employees in Saudi Arabia, develop local recruitment channels, and ensure human resource supply.

- Maintain talent pool, assist in handling relevant procedures such as employees' work visas and Iqama, and ensure compliance in recruitment.

- Coordinate with business departments, collect and analyze recruitment data, optimize recruitment processes, and improve recruitment efficiency and quality.

II. Core Requirements

- College degree or above, 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience; experience in overseas/Saudi local recruitment is preferred.

- Be familar the Construction filed.

- Fluent in spoken and written English and;proficiency in Arabic is preferred; proficient in using Microsoft Office software.

- Familiar with the full recruitment cycle, understanding of Saudi labor laws and visa policies, able to adapt to life in Saudi Arabia and accept long-term residency.

III. Core Salary
- Monthly salary: full package (5000-7000 sar), freelancer
