The Role
We are looking for a high-energy, "hunter" mentality Sales Representative to expand our footprint. You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing new business across two primary streams:
1. B2B: Large-scale warehousing, distribution, and corporate freight contracts.
2. B2C: Tailored fulfillment and last-mile services for e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new B2B and B2C leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
• Solution Design: Consult with potential clients to understand their logistical pain points and present custom GPL Express solutions.
• Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with an uncapped commission structure.
• Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
Qualifications
• Experience: 2+ years of proven sales success in 3PL, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
• The Hybrid Edge: Ability to navigate complex B2B procurement and fast-paced B2C fulfillment needs.
• Network: A strong existing professional network within the logistics industry is highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and a professional presence.
