Have experience working on construction/industrial sites and assisting in daily safety operations. Able to inspect work areas, identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, stop dangerous work, and advise workers and supervisors on proper safety procedures. Capable of conducting regular site patrols, checking scaffolding, ladders, excavation work, hot work, lifting activities, and housekeeping conditions to reduce risks and prevent accidents.
Good communication skills with the ability to guide workers from different backgrounds about site safety requirements. Committed, hardworking, responsible, and ready to join immediately in a Safety Officer / Safety Supervisor / HSE position.
Experience:
Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify hazards.
Ensure workers use proper PPE at all times.
Monitor hot work, height work, lifting operations, excavation, and confined space activities.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents.
Assist in accident investigation and corrective actions.
Maintain safety records, checklists, permits, and reports.
Coordinate with supervisors and workers to improve safety performance.
Ensure housekeeping, fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and first aid arrangements are properly maintained.
Follow company safety policy and client safety requirements.
