Nature of Cost Control Manger
SCHEDULE – Prepare Project Schedule in coordination with Planning Department and setups Milestones.
SCOPE – Understand the scope (L/s or MV), Prepare Task List (All works to be done or limited works to be done) Split BOQ in WBS and give Weightage for easy allocating the works.
ESTIMATING – Estimation is done as per site conditions considering Direct and Indirect Resources and Costs, Fixed and Variable Costs, Contingency duration.
RESOURCING – The required Manpower, Materials and Machinery (3Ms).
MANAGING – The project progress in coordination with Site Management Team.
FINANCING – In coordination with Finance Team for releasing of advances to place POs, Preparation of LCs for Lead items and cash arrangements for Bulk Items.
MONITORING – Project Tracking and Measurement as per timeline to complete the scope as per schedule in coordination with Site Team, Finance Team for timely release of funds to Suppliers, Subcontractors and easy cash flow for cash purchase and site expenses.
CONTROLLING – Optimizing resources used to execute the works are within budget and according to scope and quality standards.
