Role Purpose
The Crew – 3rd Class role supports Steel Mountain Group cleaning operations by performing basic cleaning tasks and maintaining hygiene standards across client facilities. This is an entry-level operational role within SMG Soft Services.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste collection)
Clean restrooms, corridors, common areas, and workspaces
Follow cleaning schedules and supervisor instructions
Properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment
Report any damages or safety issues
Maintain cleanliness tools and assigned equipment
Follow SMG safety and operational procedures
Requirements
Basic education preferred
Physically able to perform cleaning duties
Ability to follow instructions
Teamwork mindset
Ready to join immediately
Working Conditions
8–12 hour shifts depending on project
Weekly day off as per operations plan
Overtime may apply based on project needs
