had been responsible for managing planning functions for National Water Company (NWC)
drinking water transmission and network projects across Abha, Khamis Mushait, and Jizan. I
successfully developed and implemented baseline schedules for multiple projects and performed
critical path analysis to mitigate delays, and executed recovery plans that reduced project delays
by 15%.
My role involved preparing weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and
earned value analysis to ensure alignment with project milestones and financial targets. I had also
optimized resource allocation for more than 500 manpower resources, improving overall
utilization by 25% through effective resource leveling techniques in Primavera P6.
Previously, I worked with The Building Consultants in Pakistan, where I supported project

I hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the National University of Sciences and
Technology (NUST) and have completed professional certifications in Primavera P6, Google
