Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and serving Arabic coffee (Gahwa) and a variety of teas to guests
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the seating and service areas
Assisting guests with entertainment facilities such as television (sports viewing) and games
Managing daily operations and ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment
Handling customer requests in a polite and professional manner
