Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee fabrication and welding operations for pressure vessels and stacks. The role focuses on supervising production activities, planning workforce deployment, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily fabrication and welding activities
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and welding procedures (WPS/PQR)
- Oversee fabrication and welding of pressure vessels and stacks
- Plan manpower deployment, including identifying required skills and workforce quantity
- Organize mobilization and demobilization of manpower based on project needs
- Ensure optimal workforce utilization in line with production schedules
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, AWS, API)
- Coordinate with QA/QC for inspections, including fit-up, in-process, and NDT
- Supervise and guide welders and fabrication personnel
- Monitor fit-up accuracy, welding processes, and overall workmanship
- Maintain production reports, welding logs, and progress records
- Report project progress, technical issues, and delays to management
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fabrication and welding supervision
- Strong knowledge of pressure vessel fabrication and welding processes
- Familiarity with ASME Section VIII and relevant welding standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills

Preferred:
- Welding inspection certification (e.g., CSWIP, AWS-CWI)
- Experience in heavy fabrication or oil & gas industry

Payment Terms:
- Hourly-based engagement
- Payment to be made within 30–45 days from submission of the monthly timesheet

Note: An advance of SAR 300 will be provided after the first week for personal expenses, and this amount will be deducted from the first submitted timesheet.
