We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Director to lead the successful delivery of a prestigious luxury hotel construction project. This is a senior leadership role requiring exceptional expertise in large-scale construction management, with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all phases of the hotel construction project from inception to completion
• Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in the construction industry, with proven experience delivering luxury hotel projects
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management abilities
o Advanced project management expertise
o In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies
o Proficiency in project management software
• Regional Experience: Prior experience working within the GCC region (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar) is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
• Candidates with substantial experience in Saudi Arabia will be given priority
• Immediate availability to join is highly desirable
