Professional Experience – Key Responsibilities
• Receive, register, distribute, and track incoming and outgoing project documents through Aconex and SharePoint.
• Manage document control processes including document numbering, classification, filing, and archiving in accordance with project procedures.
• Upload, maintain, and track project documents, drawings, and submittals using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Monitor document revisions and ensure that only the latest approved versions are available for project teams.
• Prepare and manage document transmittals, submittals, and workflow processes in Aconex.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments for document submissions, approvals, and distribution.
• Maintain document registers, logs, and tracking systems to monitor document status and progress.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly document control reports
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of project documents.
• Generate reports and maintain project documentation records using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Support internal and external quality audits by providing accurate documentation and records.
• Ensure proper data backup and document security to maintain the integrity of project information.
