Mandatory Requirements (Apply only if you meet all):
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in CCTV / ELV / cabling works
• Strong hands-on experience in CCTV installation and structured cabling
• Good knowledge of networking (IP addressing, troubleshooting, connectivity)
• Ability to conduct site surveys and understand client requirements
• Must be ready for field work (indoor & outdoor)
• Must be willing to travel within Saudi Arabia as per project requirements
• Valid Ajeer (no transfer in first year)
• Ability to work independently at site and coordinate with team

Scope of Work / Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct site surveys and requirement gathering
• Install and configure CCTV systems (cameras, DVR/NVR, testing, remote viewing)
• Perform structured cabling (laying, termination, labeling, testing)
• Handle fiber works (cable pulling, termination support, coordination for splicing)
• Install conduits, trunking, trays, and cable routing systems
• Perform electrical cabling for ELV systems (power routing, terminations)
• Install and support access control systems
• Install and support time attendance devices
• Install and support intercom / video door phone systems
• Install and support PA systems
• Install and configure Wi-Fi access points
• Perform network troubleshooting (IP setup, connectivity issues)
• Handle rack installation, dressing, and cable management
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover
