We are looking for a skilled cook who can prepare authentic Kerala dishes, including porotta and traditional Kerala snacks, for a small hotel. The candidate should have experience in South Indian cooking and be able to maintain good taste and quality.

Additionally looking for a tea maker

Responsibilities:
• Prepare Kerala porotta and curries
• Make traditional Kerala snacks
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Ensure food quality and consistency
