- Prepare, develop, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Define project scope, activities, sequencing, and durations based on project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules on a daily/weekly basis.
- Identify critical path, total float, and potential delays, and propose mitigation actions.
- Prepare and analyze S-curves, cash flow, and manpower histograms.
- Track project performance using KPIs such as SPI (Schedule Performance Index) and CPI (Cost Performance Index).
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors for progress updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Analyze delays and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) and recovery schedules.
- Conduct risk analysis and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Ensure project timelines are aligned with contractual requirements.
- Review contractor schedules and provide planning support during execution.
- Support tender planning, baseline schedule preparation, and resource planning.
