Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Government Projects Manager to lead and oversee projects within the public sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning, maintenance, and operations, along with in-depth knowledge of government processes and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute government projects efficiently from initiation to completion
Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and operational activities to ensure high standards
Utilize the Etimad platform for project coordination, documentation, and compliance
Ensure all operations align with government regulations and requirements
Improve operational efficiency and optimize resource utilization
Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as required
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Cleaning, Maintenance, and Operations (O&M)
Strong understanding of government projects and procedures
Hands-on experience with the Etimad platform
Excellent focus on operational efficiency and process improvement
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to multitask and manage additional activities as needed
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience working with government entities in Saudi Arabia
