HSE Supervisor, Al Majal Al Arabi Group.
Conduct coordination meetings with Project Engineers and Site Managers to
review HSE performance and upcoming high-risk activities.
Participate in joint site walkthroughs with Senior Management and PMC to verify
HSE compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and review Risk Assessments (HIRA/JSA) for all critical site activities and
ensure effective control measures are implemented.
Review and approve Traffic Management Plans (TMP) in line with project and
statutory requirements.
Coordinate and conduct joint inspections with PMC after full implementation of
the Traffic Management Plan on site.
Monitor and ensure proper on-site implementation of TMP including traffic
routes, barricading, signage, flagmen deployment and pedestrian segregation.
Lead accident, incident and near-miss reporting and investigations, identify root
causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure all HSE observations and corrective actions from PMC and management
inspections are properly tracked and closed.
Prepare and submit HSE reports (daily, weekly and monthly) to Project
Management.
Promote strong safety culture through continuous monitoring, training and
workforce engagement.
