* Key Responsibilities
- Supervise HR operations and employee records
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Handle GOSI, Qiwa, and Absher transactions
- Assist in performance management and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law
- Support HR Manager in daily activities
* Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5 years of experience in HR operations or supervision
- Knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, Qiwa, and Absher
- Good communication and organizational skills
