Looking For An Office Secretary

We are currently looking for a professional and organized Office Secretary to join our Real Estate company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and be ready to join immediately.

Job Requirements:

Indian or Filipino nationality only
Relevant experience is required
Must be available in Bahrain
Transferable visa is mandatory
Ability to join immediately
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Arabic speaking is an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
Professional attitude and appearance

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
Maintain records and documentation
Coordinate with clients and internal departments
Prepare correspondence, letters, and reports
Manage phone calls and emails
Schedule meetings and appointments
Assist management in administrative support
Maintain office files and proper documentation
