Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Asphalt Foreman in road construction or infrastructure projects
• Ability to operate and supervise the use of a mini asphalt paving machine
• Strong knowledge of asphalt laying, compaction, and finishing processes
• Ability to manage site crews and ensure quality and safety standards
• Good communication and leadership skills
