Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute sales strategy for well testing services
• Develop and expand key client accounts (operators & service companies)
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in upstream oil & gas
• Manage full sales cycle: RFQs, tendering, technical proposals, negotiation & closing
• Provide technical and commercial input on well testing packages and solutions
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver client-focused solutions

Requirements:
• 7–10+ years of experience in oilfield services, with a strong focus on well testing sales
• Proven track record in selling well testing packages and integrated surface testing solutions
• In-depth technical knowledge of surface well testing equipment, separators, flowback, sand management, choke manifolds & DAQ systems
• Strong understanding of upstream operations and well testing procedures
• Established network with key clients in Saudi Arabia (operators, EPCs, service companies)
• Experience handling RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals for major projects
• Demonstrated ability to close high-value contracts and achieve revenue targets
• Leadership experience managing sales teams or regional accounts
• Familiarity with major operator standards (e.g., Saudi Aramco)
• Knowledge of IKTVA and local content requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
