*Key Responsibilities:*
Responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery items while ensuring all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards. The role requires strict adherence to recipes, portion control, and production schedules, as well as maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients. Additionally, the Pastry Chef assists in developing new dessert items and seasonal menu offerings.
