Preparation of Logbook Entry-Request for Inspection (RFI), Material Inspection Report (MIR) and Non-conformance report (NCR).
Ensure that all the works are done in accordance with the approved and latest construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
Raise NCRs for non-conformances and ensure closure through corrective action.
Conduct quality talk before installation activity and reduced rework by implementing strict quality monitoring procedures.
Coordinate with client/consultant for inspection approvals.
Maintain latest revision of all project documents, inspection documents, calibration certificates, other records and reporting.
Preparation of daily, bi-weekly and monthly QC reports.
Reviewing of Final as-built as per approved redline attached with RFI and actual site condition.
