Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and systems
Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Administer and support Odoo ERP system (implementation, customization, and maintenance)
Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup procedures
Collaborate with different departments to optimize system usage
Assist in IT projects and system upgrades
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration
Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory
Strong knowledge of networks, servers, and IT infrastructure
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
