Accountant – Contracting Company (5–8+ years of experience)
What you'll do:
• Handle daily accounting transactions and ensure proper recording in the accounting system.
• Prepare financial statements, monthly reports, and cost reports related to construction projects.
• Monitor project expenses and compare them with approved budgets.
• Prepare and review invoices, payments to suppliers and subcontractors, and follow up on collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations including Zakat, Tax (ZATCA) requirements and VAT filing.
• Support external auditors and assist in preparing documents for audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
? 5–8+ years of experience in accounting within contracting or construction companies.
? Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and financial reporting.
? Experience with accounting software such as **SAP ERP, **Odoo, or similar systems.
? Good understanding of VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia.
? Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
? Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

المهام الوظيفية:
• تسجيل القيود المحاسبية اليومية ومتابعة العمليات المالية بشكل منتظم.
• إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والسنوية وتقارير تكاليف المشاريع.
• متابعة مصروفات المشاريع ومقارنتها بالميزانيات المعتمدة.
• إعداد ومراجعة فواتير العملاء ومستخلصات المقاولين والموردين ومتابعة التحصيلات.
• إجراء المطابقات البنكية والتأكد من دقة السجلات المالية.
• الالتزام بالأنظمة الضريبية في المملكة وإعداد إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة وفق متطلباتZakat, Tax.
• تجهيز البيانات والمستندات المطلوبة للمراجعة الخارجية والتدقيق المالي.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
? بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية.
? خبرة لا تقل عن 5–8 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة داخل شركات المقاولات أو البناء.
? خبرة قوية في محاسبة المشاريع وضبط التكاليف وإعداد التقارير المالية.
? إجادة استخدام الأنظمة المحاسبية مثل **SAP ERP أو **Odoo أو ما يعادلها.
? معرفة جيدة بأنظمة ضريبة القيمة المضافة في المملكة.
? مهارات متقدمة في استخدام Excel وإعداد التقارير.
