We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our team for the following positions:
1. Sales & Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction and rental camps, prefab office, camps sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with project and technical teams for client requirements
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and site visits
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree + 2–4 years relevant experience
2. Purchase & Procurement Officer
Responsibilities:
- Source and procure construction, electrical, and MEP materials
- Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing and contracts
- Maintain and develop supplier database and relationships
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
- Monitor inventory levels in coordination with storekeeping team
- Prepare purchase orders and track order status
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies
- Analyze cost-saving opportunities and market trends
Requirements:
2–4 years experience in construction, prefab, MEP procurement
3. Store Keeper
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requests
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliation
- Coordinate with procurement for replenishment
- Maintain documentation for inward/outward materials
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store
Requirements:
Experience in Warehouse, site stores preferred
4. HR Assistant (Female – Saudi National)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Track attendance, leave, and employee performance data
- Support payroll preparation and HR reporting
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies
- Handle employee queries and provide administrative support
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives
Requirements:
Saudi National (Female), HR qualification preferred

5. Catering Supervisor (Camp Catering)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily catering operations at camp facilities
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and performance
- Monitor food inventory and coordinate procurement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle complaints and improve service quality
- Conduct inspections and maintain cleanliness standards
- Prepare reports on catering operations
Requirements:
Experience in camp or industrial catering
6. Data Entry Operator / IT Expert
Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems
- Generate reports and maintain databases
- Provide IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure systems, printers, and applications
- Ensure data security and perform regular backups
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Assist in system upgrades and maintenance
- Support users with technical guidance
Requirements:
Strong computer and IT skills
7. Safety Officer
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor health & safety policies on site
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards
- Perform regular site inspections and audits
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks
- Investigate accidents and prepare reports
- Maintain safety records and documentation
- Promote a safety-first culture across all sites
Requirements:
NEBOSH/OSHA certification + relevant experience
8. Auto Technician (Heavy Equipment)
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair of heavy equipment and machinery
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
- Maintain service records and repair logs
- Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with operations team for equipment availability
- Order and replace spare parts as needed
- Follow safety procedures during maintenance work
Requirements:
Experience with heavy construction equipment
9. Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules
- Provide administrative and clerical support
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting rooms
- Assist different departments with basic admin tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
