Requirements:
Master's in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field
2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development / Operations
Strong understanding of operational processes and business development strategies
Experience in client relationship management and lead generation
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B business development
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of reporting and performance tracking

Transferable visa
