Conducted Dry Film Thickness (DFT) measurements, visual inspections, adhesion checks,
and holiday testing to verify coating quality and integrity.
Verified compliance of coating systems applied on pipelines, tanks, vessels, structural steel,
and process equipment for corrosion protection and long-term asset reliability.
Reviewed and implemented Quality Control Plans (QCP), Method Statements, Material
Approval Requests (MAR), and AFC drawings related to painting and coating works.
Raised Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), followed up on corrective actions, and verified
close-out in coordination with contractors and QA/QC teams.
Maintained detailed inspection records, daily reports, coating logs, and final documentation
for Saudi Aramco and client submission.
Coordinated with project engineers, supervisors, and Saudi Aramco representatives to ensure
quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
