Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for teaching and developing future industry leaders? We are looking for a dedicated Hospitality Management Trainer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and deliver a structured, industry-focused training program aligned with international hospitality standards.
Position: Hospitality Management Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, in-person training sessions aligned with the academy’s hospitality roadmap
• Structure and conduct training across all program phases (Foundation to Career Preparation)
• Provide practical, real-world instruction in hospitality operations and customer service excellence
• Train students in:
– Hospitality industry fundamentals and communication skills
– Front office operations, housekeeping, and food & beverage services
– Guest handling, problem solving, and professional etiquette
– Team management and leadership development
• Conduct real-life simulations, case studies, and industry-based projects
• Mentor students throughout the program to ensure they become job-ready professionals
• Support students in CV writing, interview preparation, and career readiness
• Ensure training delivery meets international hospitality standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of industry experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality organizations
• Proven experience (1–2+ years) as a trainer, instructor, or mentor
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and international service standards
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to deliver engaging, practical, and structured training sessions
• Strong command of English
• Must be currently residing in Riyadh
