Are you an experienced travel and tourism professional with a passion for teaching and developing future industry experts? We are looking for a dedicated Travel and Tourism Trainer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to deliver a structured program designed to develop skilled tourism professionals ready for the global market.
Position: Travel and Tourism Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality, in-person training sessions aligned with the Travel and Tourism Program roadmap
• Structure and conduct training across all program phases (Foundation to Career Preparation)
• Provide practical, real-world instruction in travel planning, tourism operations, and customer service
• Train students in:
– Travel and tourism fundamentals, geography, and destination knowledge
– Travel agency operations, ticketing, and reservation systems
– Tour planning and itinerary development
– Customer service, sales techniques, and client handling
– Tourism marketing and digital booking platforms
• Conduct case studies, real-life simulations, and project-based learning
• Guide students in tour planning projects and industry exposure activities
• Support students in developing communication, sales, and client management skills
• Mentor students throughout the program to ensure they become job-ready professionals
• Assist students with CV development, interview preparation, and career guidance
• Encourage an entrepreneurial mindset within the tourism field
• Ensure training delivery meets international tourism standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Tourism Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 3–5 years of industry experience in travel agencies, airlines, or tourism organizations
• Proven experience (1–2+ years) as a trainer, instructor, or mentor
• Strong knowledge of travel planning, tourism operations, and global tourism trends
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to deliver structured, engaging, and practical training sessions
• Strong command of English
• Must be currently residing in Riyadh
