Position:
Sales & Marketing Engineer (Industrial Rotating Equipment Maintenance and Manufacturing)
Job Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or BBA, MBA.
Additional training or certification in rotating equipment or maintenance engineering is a plus.
Technical Knowledge & Experience
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or technical support related to rotating equipment services and maintenance.
Strong knowledge of rotating equipment such as:
Pumps (centrifugal, positive displacement)
Compressors (reciprocating, centrifugal, screw)
Turbines
Gearboxes
Motors and generators
Solid understanding of:
Maintenance services and spare parts manufacturing basics.
Sales & Marketing Skills
Proven ability to identify customer needs and propose technical service solutions.
Experience in:
Technical sales presentations
Preparing commercial and technical proposals
Cost estimation for services and maintenance contracts
Strong negotiation, closing, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work with EPCs, OEMs, and end users in industrial sectors (oil & gas, power plants, manufacturing, cement, etc.).
