Minimum 2–3 years of experience in press machine operations for metal components (brass, copper, steel, etc.)
Good knowledge of stamping, punching, and forming processes
Experience in die setting, alignment, and troubleshooting
Ability to monitor production, control quality, and reduce rejection
Familiar with measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and safety practices
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering
