Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end visa processes (new hires, renewals, cancellations) through platforms like Muqeem, Qiwa, and GOSI
• Maintain employee records, Iqamas, medical insurance, and ensure legal compliance
• Support onboarding & offboarding processes
• Monitor attendance and coordinate payroll inputs (overtime, deductions, leaves)
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and foster a positive work environment
• Assist in performance management, employee development, and probation reviews
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and support audit documentation
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong knowledge of KSA labor regulations and government portals
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
